STX Sushi is more than a traditional sushi bar. It is the place to be. With a family tight staff, Head Chef & Owner Michelle Mendez, is able to work both a unique and traditional menu built by her expert sushi chefs who have a combined 20+ years of experience in the sushi industry.

Our sushi is perfectly rolled to order using only the freshest ingredients. Head Chef & Owner, Michelle, inspects all food and it's preparation first hand throughout the day. Freshness and your satisfaction is our priority.
